1. Go to account.onepeloton.com/mymembership; your active membership is under Memberships.
2. Peloton Support's "Cancelling Your Membership" section covers the cancel step; we read the membership page but not that section's full text, so follow the prompts there.

All-Access recurs monthly until cancelled; App memberships recur monthly or annually.

If you pay through an app store or another company

• Apple (iPhone/iPad): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the subscription → Cancel Subscription. If there's no Cancel button, it's already cancelled (Apple Support).
