- Find who bills you (SiriusXM, the SiriusXM app store purchase, or another retailer). Check your statement if unsure.
- Billed by SiriusXM: go to the Subscriptions tab in the Online Account Center, chat with an agent, or call 866-635-8641.
- Billed by a third party: follow that provider's steps (SiriusXM lists T-Mobile, for example).

If you pay through an app store or another company
- Apple (iPhone/iPad): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the subscription → Cancel Subscription. If there's no Cancel button, it's already cancelled (Apple Support).
- Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → the subscription → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel.
