How to cancel Uber One

The Uber One page shows a "Try it now" offer next to the $9.99/month price; the trial length isn't stated on that page.

Steps

1. In the Uber app, tap the Account icon.
2. Tap Uber One.
3. Scroll and tap Manage Membership.
4. Select End Membership and follow the prompt.

Notice period

Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid the next cycle's charge. Within 48 hours of renewal, Uber says to contact support.

Refunds and fees

Uber's help page says that if an Uber One payment is refunded, you can't repurchase Uber One for 3 days. Free-trial and paused memberships end on cancellation; others keep benefits to the end of the billing period.
