How to cancel Peacock

Steps

Sign in to your Peacock account on the web.
Select Cancel All Subscriptions. This cancels your base plan (Select, Premium, or Premium Plus) and every add-on.
Follow the steps to confirm. You'll see a confirmation on screen and get an email, which can take a few hours. The plan won't renew at the end of its current term.

Good to know

Only want to drop an add-on? Open the Subscriptions tab, choose the add-on, and select Remove Add-On.
No Cancel All Subscriptions button? You probably pay through a third party such as Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or Xfinity, and you must cancel with them. The Plans & Payment tab shows how you pay.
Can't sign in? Peacock offers cancellation by chat from its help center.
Peacock says it gives no refunds or credits for earlier payments unless the law requires them (Peacock Help). Premium content stays available until the billing cycle ends, then a limited amount of free content.

Offers you may see before you leave

Cheaper plan. Peacock Select is $8.99/mo, and Peacock's help pages mention downgrading as an option.

To: Peacock Customer Service (chat or Get in Touch). Use this text in Peacock's support chat if you can't cancel in your account, and keep a copy. Replace the [BRACKETED] fields.

Hello,

Please cancel all Peacock subscriptions, including the base plan and any add-ons, on the account registered to [ACCOUNT EMAIL], so that nothing renews after the current term.

I was unable to cancel in my account because [DESCRIBE WHAT HAPPENED]. If my plan is billed through a third party, please tell me which one.

Please confirm the cancellation and the date my access ends in writing.
